1. First Breath, First Prayer
The very first moment you wake up is the most important. Before you check your emails, scroll through social media, or even think about that first cup of coffee, give your first breath back to God.
This doesn’t have to be a long, formal prayer. In fact, at 1Love Christian Church, we love the beauty of simple, honest conversation with Jesus. Try a "breath prayer." As you inhale, think: "Lord, I thank You for this day." As you exhale: "I give this day to You."

Every Sunday at 9:30 AM, we host an In-Depth Bible Study led by Dale Cornett, a retired professor from Boise Bible College with decades of wisdom. Prayer is a two-way street. Often, we spend our "quiet time" giving God a shopping list of things we want Him to fix. While He cares about those things, He also wants to speak to you.
After you read a passage of Scripture, sit in silence for two or three minutes. This can feel awkward at first, especially with the hum of the city in the background, but it’s in the stillness that we often hear the "still, small voice" of the Holy Spirit.

For the men in our community, we have a specific space for this. Our Man Up Men’s Ministry is designed to help men grow into the leaders, husbands, and friends God called them to be. It’s about authentic brotherhood and "manning up" to the responsibilities of faith.
Whether it’s a quick text to a friend from the congregation or planning to meet up for our Friday Fellowship Dinner, staying connected keeps your morning momentum going all week long. We are a small, tight-knit family of about 50–70 people, and there is always a seat at the table for you.
