We know that when the men of a household are spiritually grounded, the whole family thrives. However, being a man in today’s world comes with a unique set of pressures. That’s why we are so passionate about our Man Up Men’s Ministry.
This isn't your typical "sit in a circle and talk" group. Man Up is about authentic brotherhood. We meet on Saturday mornings to talk about the real issues men face: leadership at home, integrity in the workplace, and how to be the husbands and fathers God called us to be. It’s a place where you can drop the "I’ve got it all together" act and get real with other guys who are in the same boat.
The Man Up ministry provides the tools and the accountability that every man needs. Whether we are studying a book of the Bible or just grabbing breakfast together, the goal is the same: to sharpen one another. When a father or a husband grows in his faith, his wife and children see the difference. It’s one of the most effective ways we support the homes of our congregation.
Walking Together: Boise Pastoral Care and Personal Connection
In a city as fast-growing as ours, it’s easy to feel isolated even when you're surrounded by people. That’s where the value of a small church really shines. At 1Love Christian Church, Boise pastoral care isn't a formal department you have to make an appointment with three weeks in advance. It’s the way we live.

We believe that no one should have to carry their burdens alone. Pastoral care here happens in the living rooms, over coffee at a local shop, and in our small groups.
